Sixty Minute Water Run
I had a dull (ie - not sharp) pain for most of the day yesterday in my area of injury. I had run for 6 days in a row, so maybe I had done just a little too much, too soon? This is NOT the same intensity of pain I had earlier during the injury. It's present, but I can work around it...I think. When I woke up on Friday I felt fine, but as a precaution I water ran with Wiggy. We "ran" for a monotonous 60 minutes and there really isn't much else to say about that. Tomorrow I (land) run for 90 minutes. I plan to push it a tad near the end; nothing crazy, but a push. This will be a solid test.
