It's time to attack. Simply put. I've had a two week hiatus where I've felt tired and beat up then so-so then spectacular and then antsy. Enough already.
This week, my mind is on the 10k. On Saturday I am going to run the course and do a wet run. I'll know every hill and dip. I've been doing the splits in my head. I run them over and over again. I am going to go out hard and push the envelope. If there was ever a course to do it, it's Pikes Peek. It is here I will attack.
On Monday I ran an easy 6.5 and felt superb. Today I ran an easy 9.5 and felt just as fresh.
