After over 3 weeks of rest, recovery and rehab, I took to the roads on New Year's Day. I only ran 2.5 miles, but everything felt fine. I took the next day off and ran every other day upticking the total amount I ran by 5 minutes or so each time I ran. Today, Sunday, I ran about 5 miles. Again, everything felt pretty good, but I'm far from giving a "Mission Accomplished"-like speech. I'll keep at the stretches/strength and will continue to run every other day until NEXT weekend. Then I'll see where I am at.
