I've run twice over the past two weeks and I still have hamstring pain.
After just a few strides on Monday afternoon, I knew it wouldn't be good. Over the next ten minutes my hammy went from feeling like hell, to feeling bad, to feeling okay and ending feeling blah. Overall it was shit as I expected all to be fine.
Not sure what the next steps should be, but I've read/heard that I need to strengthen the hammy WHILE I rest it.
Now, I ice.
