ALL IN
The plan is to go out steady and run 5:04s for 5 miles. This would be 25:20ish. This SHOULD be doable given that I've been running 4:46-4:58 pace in races so far this year. I fear I might get out a bit quicker at the half way point, but that all depends on the situation on the ground. I'll hit mile 6 at the start of Hains Point and then I'll see what I have left.40:30 is the magic number at mile 8.If there has ever been a time to trust one's fitness, that time is now.
