First 20 Weeks

I love statistics. I love looking back and reviewing the big picture training and see how/where/why one has succeeded/failed. The proof is in the pudding.

Here are some statistics for the first 20 weeks of 2009:

70.25 miles per week average...10 miles more per week than 2008 average.
Highest mileage week - 100
Lowest - 38 (incld prescribed 3 day break last week) 50 if not including rest week
8 races
6 personal records
11 days off...only 3 days off in first 10 weeks, 8 days off in second 10 weeks
No major injuries...minor (reoccurring) Achilles pain, a few other tweaks in mid-winter
Have NOT kept on with yoga
Have NOT kept up with stretching
Have tried to keep up with push-up, sit-up routine...but this is limited at best
Foam roller is collecting dust...literally. Cockatiels create a lot of dust!
Trying to run different distances, different paces in a variety of places
Weight - no loss or gain

Beard - filling in

Ok, I think that's enough...
