Each mile I ran got faster and faster, but didn't dip down to anything outrageous. I felt very comfortable and ran by feel and not watch. I had company, in Reaves, to pull me along. No hip pain. I only ran 3 while the other guys ran 4 sets. 10 days until JINGLE ALL THE WAY 10K. Hopefully I can hold 5:07-5:09 pace.
