On Friday I am scheduled to run a 25-30 minute shake out. Sarah wanted me to "jog" a couple of times before the next stretch session to see if her stretches were having any impact. I pushed back a little thinking that 100% rest is the best medicine I need, but she was adamant and I am no expert. So, on Friday I'll run. I'll run on Saturday morning too. On Sunday I'll run an hour.
I've been doing Sarah's stretches 3 times per day and I seem to be getting looser. For some reason I usually feel my injury when I get off the metro in the morning and I use that simple, silly test to gauge how I am feeling/healing. I stepped off the train this morning and smiled. No pain. I bit down hard - I'm hungry.
