...and no pain really. Sarah stretched me afterwards and claimed there was much improvement. My hips/pelvis are a lot better, but my feet still need work. I am set to run 45-60 minutes tomorrow and then will alternate water running and real running over the next week. I think I am finally winning the war.
On that subject, I drafted an 8-week training plan last night which I hope to implement come Monday.
