Back from the Frontier

It is time to get back into it. I ran only 3x while away for 10 days. I was far too busy (15+ hour work days) to train, but the time off has been nice. I ran through bucolic pastures in Southern Illinois, under the St Louis Arch and along the cresting Mississippi and along dirt roads, cow paths and elk trails under the big sky of Montana. There is a lot more to tell, but I'm too tired. I got back in at 3am last night, then woke up before 9. I looked out my window and saw a warm sun. I donned my running garb then headed out the door. It's time to get back into it.

20 Weeks until 10/10/10.
