The long steady taper begins. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel....Today I ran 9 with Bain down the CCT (see picture) from Bethesda. We ran up "Ernst Hill" and back down Wisconsin Ave. We ran nice and easy. I hope this means that Bain is coming back.
