Thank you for contacting us regarding portable bathrooms along the Rock Creek trail. Unfortunately, our contract only has funds to include portable bathrooms on the trails in the spring, summer and fall. At this time our budget constraints do not allow for extending the use of portable bathrooms in the winter time, when our parks are less populated than in warmer months. Considering the county's current fiscal climate and budget restraints, we may need to shorten the time that the portable bathrooms are on the trail even further. The porta-potties along Rock Creek trail are scheduled to be installed in April. We thank you for your patience in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience.
